About Amp models in HD300

Hi guys! I just bought an HD300. I am experiencing a problem and i would appreciate any advices.

I cannot access all the amps that are there (according to manual) neither from the HD nor from HD300 edit. For example i cannot use Soldano or Plexi and the line6 amps and some more.

Can anyone be of some help?

you have to update the firmware, and the edit software to access them that way...
otherwise you need to access those models from the the menu screens on the device...
those models will not appear of the amp selection knob.

From the HD300 device you can access the models on the Amp Edit page or from the signal path page by selecting the amp model and rotating knob#1. You cannot access the new amps using the amp selector knob (Clean, Crunch, etc...)

From HD300 Edit you access the amps on the Amp page.

You need the latest versions of both HD300 firmware and HD300 Edit.
