Why did I loose half of my models ?

When I upgraded my Gearbox Gold to the latest version and loaded it on my Windows 7 machine, I no longer have half the models as I did. I've been through the license manager, reloaded, done everything suggested...but still am missing alot. Help !

what hardware? if you upgraded to pod farm, make sure it's version 1.x and not 2.x (2.x requires $$$)

  UX1. I updated to the latest version of Gearbox Gold, and lost all of the Gold Models and EFX....It shows in my license manager I should have it, but I can't access any of the gold content.
