Can't tell you the date of manufacture, but based on the serial number it was manufactured after the two known maufacturing issues had been resolved: footswitch durability and USB audio dropout. Your device should have neither of those problems. Just make sure the firmware is up to date (run Line 6 Monkey to check it) and you're good to go.
