Position 1 of my 5 position switch usually selects position 4 in whatever respective instrument or custom bank I'm in. Position 2 of the switch  will usually select position 1 of the bank. GRRR!! Unusable. Have reloaded firmware. Tried rolling back to earlier firmware. Last week it corrected it. Today, it's back. Reloaded banks from workbench. Switch still acts the same. Time to send it in for service? I opened a support ticket but thought I'd post here in case I'm missing something simple.
