I cannot register my pod studio gx

I cannot register my pod studio gx. I have entered the right serial # ad the DOP, but I keep getting this:

 

There was an error

ESN could not be verified. Please confirm the supplied USN. ( Error: 523)

 

 

Hopefully, a Line6 expert will see this and respond.
