Switches on shortboard do not function

I have a fbv shortboard Mk II trying to use with Spider II 150w amp.  Board display lights up showing board name. Volume/wa works but none of the switches function.  If I manually change patches on amp they show on board display but switches on board do not function.  Help please!!

    Have you downloaded the latest FBV updates to the controller yet?  You will need to hook it up to a computer with a USB cable, then use Line 6 Monkey.

     

    Another thing to check would be the CAT5 cable and connectors - if you have a spare one, test the controller with it.
