Workbench no longer sees XT live

My workbench has stopped seeing XTLive so i cant communicate with the variax guitars

Gearbox sees XT live so cable is ok

It all used to work ok

Tries r loading workbench  and ealier versions bu t still no joy!!

not sure what has happened
