Come with power supply?

Hi guys i have ordered a POD 2.0 and i need to ask does the POD 2.0 come with a power supply?

If not then is it safe to use batteries to power the machine until my line 6 PX-2 arrives, if so then what size barreries do i need to buy.

Help would be appreciated.
