Simple question: Will using my condenser mic and a phantom power unit into a UX1 provide the same or nearly the same quality sound as using my condenser directly into a UX2 with its own phantom power?

I ask because I have a UX1 and I like all the various amp and effect models, but I tried out a Presonus Audiobox (which has phantom power) and my condenser directly into that device sounded pretty darned good... I'm wondering if I should exchange the UX1 for a UX2 and get the best of both worlds, or if it doesn't matter (since I already own a small phantom power supply unit).
