Error when trying to register my new pod studio gx

hello

 

when i attempt to register my new pod studio gx, i'm receiving the error msg: "ESN could not be verified. Please confirm the supplied USN. ( Error: 523)"

 

i receive this even after i enter the full/proper serial number.

 

any help would be greatly appreciately
