Pod Studio UX2 Data Transfer Rate

Hi all.  New to home recording and considering getting a pod studio UX2.  My main concern is whether the UX2 can truly transfer data at USB 2.0 speeds, or if it is really native USB 1.1 compatible with USB 2.0.  Does anyone know if the UX2 transfers data at full USB 2.0 speed?  Thanks.
