Is there a difference in the Spider III and Spider IV Half Stack Cabinets?

This guy is selling his Spider III half stack. It's in great condition. I want a Spider IV half-stack but can't afford it right now. So, I was wondering if I would be able to end up getting a Spider IV head later on and use it with the III's cab. Is there even a difference in the cabs?

    First thing I would caution you on when buying a used speaker cabinet - make sure that there is no damage to any of the speakers!  If you don't have an amp head of your own at this time, you can only check it with his.  Liste at low and high volumes and listen carefully to each speaker in the cabinet.  The only difference between the 3 and 4 series cabinets, if anything, will be speaker models used.

    Note that buying a speaker cabinet without trying it with YOUR amp is a crapshoot - hopefully you can get the sound you want.
