Spider IV 30W Buzzing on clean

Hello

I have this amp 7 days and it started buzzing.

I have checked cable, ground.

AMP is set on

Clean (read),

Drive 9'o cloak

Bass 11'o cloak

Mid 8'o cloak

Treble 11'o cloak

Chanel Vol 2'o cloak

Rev 9'o cloak

Master 9'o cloak

When I touch E6 and A5 string its starting buzzing havy

I dont know what to do I atached a saund file

Does it only buzz on the Clean setting? The fact that it only buzzes when you touch the bottom strings would indicate it is some type of grounding problem. Have you tried a different guitar cable? Do you have a different guitar you can try?

  I was in shop where i bough the amp, and there was OK. I have graund problem.

    That's what it sounds like - try plugging it into a different outlet in your house. You may have an electrical issue that can only be corrected by fixing the wiring in your house.

I sloved. It was the Drive Knob settings. If it is less than 11 o'cloak on clean chanel its buzzing.

More Drive on clean = more clean sound.
