Pod Pro Problems

Hi, I have two Pod Pro's, one has the front guitar input missing. Is there anywhere I can get a replacement?
The other has a problem when using the Line 6 Insane distortion. I have to keep the drive below 25% or it gets very noisy. It creates feedback even when the guitar volume is down. Even below 25% its a little noisy.
Thanks
Barkdog666,
If you feel you can successfully solder an input jack on the POD Pro main board, you can contact our customer service line to request that part.

On the noisy POD, you can try resetting the POD Pro by holding the 'UP' and 'DOWN' arrow buttons as you power up the POD. Keep in mind that this will reset your presets. If it still has issues, or if you are unable to install the jack on the other POD, you will need to contact an authorized service center:
