    The models within the FX Junkie Model Pack are already included in PODxt Live, and offered for purchase to add-on to GuitarPort, TonePort, PODxt and PODxt Pro.

    Variax is the uniquely flexibile guitar from Line 6. Our Vetta II amplifier includes a digital connection for the Variax that lets you store settings for both your amp and your guitar in the Vetta II so that when you call up a Vetta Channel Memory your amp and guitar can change sounds together. Vetta II Tones marked with this guitar symbol include this Variax data.

    For each tone in the library, you'll see an icon for either a single coil or humbucker pickup. This tells you whether the tone is best for use with a single coil pickup or a humbucker, so you can select the appropriate pickup on your guitar when using this tone.

    Attention POD 2.0, Flextone and HD147 owners... Your hardware doesn't do Stomp effects, so you'll hear something different than what was intended. Try increasing the Drive or choose a higher gain Amp Model to get the right sound. The other aspects of the sound should translate as expected, so you'll at least get a great starting place for tweaking.

    Revision 3 now. Some balance issues solved and general remake. Made by bedroom guitarist with some sound engineering attitudes, who likes 70/80s ACDC, Stones-, Patti Smith- etc. crunch sounds, but with some more ambient, dynamics and stereo width for more natural, organic feeling when playing alone (or over headphones, where many other presets sound awful). IT IS NO ACDC CLONE AND NOT INTENDED AS THAT! Don't expect the preset this to be, but it is fun to play vintage ACDC riffs on it and as that, the preset is probably more suitable as many intended clones. It is made for humbucker in SC-format (used a Duncan Jeff Beck Jr. on Strat in bridge position). Special on this preset: bi-amping Marshall/Fender amps in stereo and the use of obligatory, stacked ambient/room reverbs for more roomy sound, when directly plugging the Helix into stereo monitors. The preset uses the new speaker models and reverbs. It is made for people, who like dynamic crunch sounds without obvious artificial sounding effects (if it is too much stereo, use the MONO-options). Tip: try to pull down the volume knob a bit, to bring the Fender into a clean range, while the Marshall still keeps to be overdriven for playing chords. Have fun with it. BSEVG (PS: after uploading it, I've felt, that some high frequencies are too harsh and some lower frequencies too muddy and I have moved both microphones more out of the centers of the cabs and enlarged the distance of the left 57-mic. I have also slightly increased the drive of the Fender (but in most times I play the preset with guitar volume knob at 2/3) and reduced the length of the room reverb from 0.6 to 0.5s. I will not upload the changes. Do it in your own preset, if you like.) NO SNAPSHOTS, use the STOMP MODE.
