hi there ! i'm pretty owner of a pair of m audio exp and there's a trouble : exp2 "inverted" on helix (lt), "other" on the ma audio pedale... works fine... but sometimes (after a helix shutoff), doesn't works... i didn't modified the m audio pedal, should i ? thank you for replies and lights by advance jp (from france)

hi ! it solved... after reset, firmware reinstall and change some setup (in particular stomp/line... who had probably move because of bad manipulation..) so, it work fine now...and funny : because i reinstall the firmware i have the factory presets (i erased it few years ago for mine...).. and very surprise : many of it souds really good ! (you may try it !) jp

hi there, i have a big trouble with my toy pod hd 500 : i've plugged another effect in the fx loop since few months and it was perfect (zoom ms 70 cdr). Since yesterday i have a saturated sound when i'm using in this fx loop (totally awful) with zoom or other device (another zoom ms-50). if i disconnect the fx loop, the sound is good, sure but impossible to use the fx loop.. tried to reinstll the last firmware (reinstall and older and then update) and nothing happened... oh ! yes it's seems it sounds good maybe 30 seconds) sure i don't change anything since the day when the hd500 worked fine... is my hd500 dead ?? can you help me ?? by advance thank you so much (and excuse my poor english) jp (from France)

(sorry for my english i'm french !) i just received the zoom ms 70 cdr and plug in the hd 500 fx loop , but it don't work as well for me : first, i plug it in the FX loop by a mono cable (send) and a stereo cable (return from zoom) and tried a Y cable (double mono from HD send) and stereo return from zoom on hd edit : "mixer menu" (as usual for me : 100% L and 100%R), "fx menu" : send : 0 return : 0, mix 100% i have a stereo sound with one mono cable or 2 mono cable but in my headphone, one channel (Left for example) have the dry channel (bypass ?) and the Right one have the effect.... any solution ? did i miss something ?? thxs guys by advance ! jp

hi i bought the vintage hd pack for my HD500 and sure... impossible to install the new firmware 2.6 because it seems it doesn't exist for the hd500 until now...! i'm trying to have my "money back" but it's impossible.. i have a message when i'm running license manager with my hd 500 : "deauthorization pending", by my "line6 account" impossible too impossible to remove it (i've tryed to uninstall all of software... don't works) can you help me , please (sorry for my english... i'm french !) happy easter jp
