  2. OK I just got mine to work, I was using the Helix app and I had the gain set High on my StageSource L3t, and master volume low on Helix. I do this because I played with this for a month before I figured out that with master out on Helix high, and L3t low, it sounds thin...so I went the other way, a completely different rig now...anyway...as soon as I turned up the master on the Helix, my mic worked...I am going to have to put more than a preamp on the mic though...rather than lower all my gain settings on my presets..a nice clean amp...well problem solved for me...thang God I DID NOT want to send this back...I am about as signal chain challenged as it gets, but it's fun learning. Sometimes lol.

I have the same problem...tried all the solutions...nothing...I have a mic cable that goes from xlr to 1/4 inch out I am going to try that but even if it works thats not a fix I need the xlr input to work. I will go to Sweetwater if I can't fix it they are awesome Line 6 took a week just to get back to me when I had a problem with my POD HD500X...I mean, I just got this thing!...love it but....
  4. not buying it...El Capitan beta has been out for longer...wait for Apple?..ummm no. Have a work around firmware until Apple gets it together...I knew about this long before El Capitan came out to the public and let Line 6 know in detail..I expect more..they handled the iOS 9 crisis even worse...yes, it's a crisis when you can't use your equipment for months. Be proactive tons of apps were updating before iOS 9 release..those companies saw problems before the release because they were beta testing. I am staying with Line 6 because their tone rocks but they have a long way to go in technical support...
  5. agreed..I expected more...love the sound of all of my equipment but Line 6 is pretty lame not to be prepared for this...as I browse the knowledge base and forums this type of weak tech support is a common complaint. Please Line 6 match the quality of your equipment (as far as sound goes anyway) with some good tech support. My tone blew me away and everyone who hears but your tech has let me down too many times..including during practices and on stage..I gave up on bluetooth long ago on stage..I use it but foot pedals are always close or the amp is right next to me or I have everything preset. The Pod HD500x edit is smoother but I don't risk changing anything with it live, it's all saved to the equipment. So here I sit browsing forums when I should be jamming...lame. screw this back to playing. FIX IT LINE 6
