I’m having a similar problem, can you share the driver?

Hi first time post here. I was tempted in to buying the UX2 after using my friends version with the red face. I finally get my model (black face) and load it up. There is no where near the amount of amps he has and the interface is different. So the questions are: Is the red face V1? Should I have got that version as there are more amps Why does the amp /cab whatever show up but say it is not authorised for use with the connected device, even after spending another $200 on software. If this is all it will do I feel ripped off spending nearly $500 to be told that I cant use this or that amp Any help would be appreciated
