Or you can assign an amp's volume to exp1. Is that correct? The toe switch seems to complicate things. But it might be handy if you wanted to switch between volume and wah. And you really have to step on that toe switch.

I've only had my HD500X for a few days, still trying to feel my way around it. I've not gotten the pedal to control anything at all, at least not yet. I got the toeswitch to work, but not the pedal. After seeing all the posts about updating from Edit, I have a question. Is it the case that after you send the update from Edit, you have to change to another patch and back (on the unit) to reload the settings? I've really learned quite a bit from the posts I've read. It looks like a nice community. Thanks
