When I Dropped off my Mac mini, they said $100 to install new operating system, and $150 to install new OS and do updates, I didn't want all the updates so I chose the $100 option, when I went to pick it up they said they did all the updates to the new Big Sur, I didn't think anything about it until I tried to reinstall HX edit. should I take it back and make them put Catalina back on it since that is what I paid for or do you think they will have the update in the next few weeks?

I'm trying to update my Helix and every time I do and every time I restore from backup it reinstalls the previous version (which was 2.30) how do I find that Version on my Mac so I can delete it?

i am having problems saving presets on my PC+, I edit and save them with the editor and when I turn my amp back on there gone, I have even edited a new preset on the amp itself without the editor and when I turn the amp back on it's not there. Does it have to stay hooked up to the editing software use on the amp? Thanks

How do you turn off the amp, I see how to turn off the cabinet but not the amp.
