i would do a reset.... then a OEM firmware 1.04.. I was able to put life back in my SPIDER JAM model. I then upgrade firmware. no need to backup recording at this point there gone a video from FAQ https://youtu.be/S2JsbBs7QIE

Do you have any idea how much storage was left on internal memory ??? Cutting off sound like a bad cord or wall plug overload ( not a expert here ) 1)i would do a reset....2) then a OEM firmware 1.04.. I need to re-FLASH MEMORY at the same FIRMWARE . 1.04 Version 1.04 Released 2/27/08 Works with: Spider Jam This is the original Flash Memory version included with Spider Jam. Warning: Updating your Flash Memory will erase all recordings and patches saved on your Spider Jam and return all settings to factory defaults. In order to update your Spider Jam you will need a 2gig or less SD card* formatted to FAT16. Instructions for updating Spider Jam: Download the firmware file to your computer. Copy the firmware file ( fw.bin ) to the root directory or your SD Card. Insert the SD card into Spider Jam (the slot is in the back of the amp). Switch Spider Jam on while holding the Save button. Spider Jam will automatically update your firmware with the version on the SD card. The update will take several minutes. Spider Jam will reboot once the update is complete. *SDHC is not supported OS: Windows XP, Mac OS X, Mac OS Tiger, Windows Vista ( 331.55 MB ) GET DOWNLOAD

FLASH MEMORY So i found a few things. 1.) I loaded a saved recording from SD card and Crackle Sound... no more amp. This could of been a backup of a song bank or aux panio tone. corrupt file. Solution to this was re-flash with firmware.( correct firmware) I was at O.E.M. Problem ,, I searched Downloads / SPIDER JAM / FLASH MEMORY / Windows 7 so i never saw the O.E.M. until i changed the pull down to all OS Version 1.04 Released 2/27/08 download and flashed fw.bin file ..Make sure the file name is exact . ...

HI Everyone. So im here this correct . Is to use a older SD card like under 2 gig. ?? any brand known to work? Please advise if known. thank you in advance.

Is the blog going to tell you the correct way to flash the FW.bin FIRMWARE ? Is there a correct order to get the SPIDER JAM up to date? What versionS can you download . If my S.Jam is boot looping how do check the version. Never been flashed . one owner :unsure:
