I did. It freezes almost instantly once I start trying to change any setting or engage too many effects. The screen is also going out occasionally. I mean, it freezes every minute to minute and a half of operation.

Hi everyone. I just had my Helix arrive in the mail a few hours ago. Within the first ten minutes of it being on it froze in a "locked" position. By this, I mean that I still had a display and complete sound but I couldn't disengage that patch and go to any others without rebooting the rig. After a few times of that, I've now gotten a couple blacked out screens. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
