He tenido el mismo problema, y me doy cuenta que es una falla de fabrica. La conecciones USB de la POD HD500 son pesimas y lamentablemente para actualizar necesitas que la reconcosca el PC. Lamentable que un equipo de esta calidad tenga un conector tan malo. Mi POD HD esta en la basura....
