Hello everyone, after using my Helix for my gigs mostly in mono, today i was going through the process of creating some new patches for a new project where i am the only guitarist in most of the song. I dediced then to use some stereo effects such as pingpong delay, stereochorus ecc... The problem is that as soon as i put any stereo effect in, the right channel gets 2/3 db louder than the left one, after noodling a little bit with the settings i tried to pan the signal completely to both sides. When panning to the left everything is fine, but when doing so to the right i still get some signal in the left channel, also sounding a bit out of phase. I also noticed that the right XLR connector has a little switch(i suppose it is?) which probably tells the helix when the right channel is plugged in order to stop mono summing, it might has to do something with this issue. I can't solve this very annoying problem, if anyone could help me it would be really appreciated. I am sorry for my bad english, neither a native speaker nor very good at it.

Yea, the second point is what i am talking about, this is because the level gets automatically set to MIC

I have my helix XLR outputs set to Line Level, but when i restart the machine the level goes down to mic even if in the global setting still says Line, to fix it i need everytime i start my helix to put the level to mic and then again to Line.

Hi guys, i have a question for you, is it possible to change the footswitch mode depending on the single preset? Like maybe for the standard preset i need 4 snaps and 4 stomps but for another one i need 8 stomps.

Hi, i have an issue on plugging an XLR cable into the right balanced Helix LT output. The cable does not completely fit it because the port has a small ring that does not allow the cable to plug in correctly, how can i solve it?
