Can someone from Line 6 answer this question??? Why is there not an easy way to download the firehawk remote to PC?

I don't hear this through the amp, but I can hear it on the low E and A string when I play acoustically. The rattle isn't coming from the frets, and it almost seems like it rattles more so when I hit the two strings (E & A) simultaneously. I am a newbie when it comes to setting up a guitar, so can anyone give me some tips to help lead me in the right direction? Please help!

FYI...The Shuriken Variax has a baritone scale length, but it is not an actual baritone guitar.

I ordered my Shuriken Variax on the 22nd of July through Musician's friend. The shipping date keeps getting pushed back, time and time again. Originally, I was told that the guitar would ship on the 8th of August. It is now the 12th of August, and I'm being told that it will not ship until September 26th... Can anyone give me insight as to why this is happening?
