FBV3 changing the tones assigned to Banks

I have kinda the same question. I would like to copy and paste a pre existing tone... to the first user bank so I can start to put a collection of tones in close proximity for live giging. I cant seem to find out how to copy any existing tones to a user bank to modify it for use. Hopefully someone here can explain.
