  1. I don't know if it is something people would be interested (musicians I talk to would be for sure) but I have started the idea of a smaller footprint Helix. I am pretty sure when the Helix 2 come out, it will be the size of the Neural or something like that (other brands tend to this). If they released a full Helix the size of the HX Effects or the HX Stomp XL, I would buy it (or a little bit smaller than actual model without the expression pedal). https://line6.ideascale.com/c/idea/106762
  2. Yes! I know their products and they look great. However, they are from the States and ordering from Spain is a little bit more complicated lately. I have talked to a person pedal-maker who lives in Spain and he told me that he can make me one switch like that, so I will probably order one by him.
  3. Hello guys! I know this might be a stupid question. I already have a cheap Mosky dual switch pedal that works fine with the HX stomp. However, it is really small and it is always moving in my pedalboard. I must say that I don't really like mini pedals. I am looking for a more "standard" size pedal (like the MXR or Boss size of pedals). I have seen that the Line 6 Catalyst LFS2 uses a TRS cable, but I am not sure if it would work. Does anyone know if it works?
  4. Thanks guys Yes, I checked all of the above, and it seems normal. I tried two ways of connecting: Using a clean preset with nothing on it to the Focusrite with the gain all the way to 0. Then I checked with a plugin how much signal I am getting and it was around -30dBs- Then, I also tried the method described in the HX manual. I plugged the USB from the Stomp and use inputs 5 and 6 (which are directly connected to the input in the stomp, according to the manual) and I got the same signal. I finally did this And they are. Something "funny" is that the other day I tried some presets in a full Helix. What I see is that the metering matched what I experienced. What is more, the compressors didn't seem to react (or at least in the metering) unless I set a Gain block before it. Or, the ones with Threshold, I had to set the Threshold (of the Deluxe Comp) at -47dB. I talked to some bass players friends and it seems something common, so everything is "normal".
  5. Hello guys! I know it has been discussed before and I have read a lot of posts about it. I am doing something wrong probably, but I cannot find a solution. The thing is that I am trying to create the same presets in the Native and in the HX Stomp. However, I need to match the input signals. The problem is that in my DAW (Reaper) my bass gets until -30dBs. Actually, all of my different basses get around there. My interface is a Focusrite Scarlett 8i6 and I set the input gain to 0 (all the way counterclockwise). I have also tried to use the HX Stomp as an interface and creating a preset with nothing in it and I get the same response (around -30dBs). I tried to increase the input in the Native, but I cannot find the correct level. Do you guys have any other tip I could try? Thank you in advance.
  6. Hello guys, I've been reading this post, but I think I still don't understand how to power my HX Stomp. I currently use a Palmer PWT 8 and I planned to use both 9V 500ma to power the stomp. With these: Voodoo Labs Current Doubler Truetone CS6 L6. The problem is that I'm not sure if the Truetone changes polarity to center positive. I'm a little bit lost with all these things.
