Hx edit is not ready for prime time. Not really sure why they even released it when it doesn't work right. It works to load IR's but that's about it as far as I can tell. Hopefully a full version comes soon.

Yes it would be nice. For instance I just found out there is a new firmware update by going to the website. It fixes the pop when exiting tuner mode. If there were a forum I would have known sooner.

I have the same issue. Annoying loud pop when I switch off the tuner. Makes it un- useable. Very annoying.

Just figured it out. Have to add a send2 block after the IR which is on a parallel branch. Works perfectly! So the 4-cable uses send1 and return1 and you can use send2 as a DI output with your IR. I was actually looking at buying a torpedo cab but not needed now. Awesome!

Using my HX in 4-cable mode with an amp and trying to insert an IR someplace and send an output to my DAW. Is this possible? Tried putting it in a parallel path after all effects but that didn't work. Can't see how to split the l\r outputs or maybe you can't. Perhaps I'm not grasping how this parallel path works. Kinda wish they put a separate xlr di output on this thing. I'm not really sure why you can load IR's if it'so hard to use them. What am I missing?
