yes i think thats the problem...... Ive had WIN 10 for 1 Year on my Laptop....when you upgrade to WIN 10 Pro or the newest Version the Spider Remote doesnt work anymore.... i pray that line 6 will fix this.....i dont believe that microsoft will fix that^^ My problem : I cant go back with windows

my spider remote 2.00 works fine for 1 year on win 10, but last week i got an update in windows and since then, no chance to open remote 2.00 and i think the amp sounds different with the older remote, but there is no cab options....im really really pissed about that and since that i cant use the spider V.... the amp wiithout remote control is useless....

dudes, that suxx alot.....this morning my pc made an update on Win 10.......before that my spider remote app 2 works finde...all my tones in the cloud perfect.... after the update i cant open the App.... i read everthing and ive tried everything....it will not work...all my tones are not usable now...man that suxx....when thats an bug of the software is suck lollipop like hell....what the lollipop should i do right now? buying a new amp that is not from Line 6? maybe Fender ? or is Line 6 able to fix that?!?! dont get me wrong...i love my spider...but with the PC support and the remote control for windows i have problems since i use the spider v and thats for 3 years now....is there any guy who knows the Fix for this lollipop? i need my tones in the cloud back...

ive ordered my spider 240 now....no problem....every custom tone or preset is possible to do by youself...when you have the attiutude :-) but its faster when you can use the cloud...i think the the custom tone site is the pc usable tonecloud....thats the only reason what makes sense... (but we all know that line 6 is not working with making sense things)i know about the problem with the pc remote control and no usable tonecloud, but maybe thats the solution....i can say more when my spider is here...thanks bros for the answers....in a few days there is no headache from the pocket pod :-)

oh nice. thanks for the fast answers. that means that the tonecloud has more tones than the custom tone site?

hey boys, in the custom tone area is a option you can search for presets for the spider V....ive heard that the AMP is only getting tones about the android or apple App....is this right? or is now the custom tone area for PC??? ive looking forward to an spider V amp but i will not buying the amp when the PC APP is not support custom tones or the tone cloud.... greets flo
