Thanks for your insights in this thread. We're playing at that same venue in about a month and will be rehearsing and stuff before then so hopefully we can get it worked out using your help. I'll have to report back to let you know how it goes.

I wonder if that was the case with taking a signal from the Senn's receiver. I tried putting my transmitter for the Senn on mute but that didn't send out anything (so when I hit a string, it wasn't even registering on the Helix). Everything else was exactly the same as when we had rehearsed and played a gig using our own setup and I did not have this issue with the mute being bypassed, it worked the same as it always have. Next rehearsal we have when I'm with all the gear again I'm going to try some things to maybe see what's up, but if this is a venue/FOH issue is there anything I can do to fix that? Or will it be something I have to look into with the Senn you think?

The output from the Helix Stomp to the power amp is L/Mono, which woulda been the same output being taken to the board. The tuner was just set to mute.

The Sennheiser plugs into the mono input of the Stomp, and the Stomp has an output that goes into our power amp. When we rehearsed and played a show with our own setup, everything worked perfectly. But when we played a venue that had their own setup, I had an issue where sound was coming through when I was tuning even though I have it on mute. This didn't happen with our own setup so I was wondering why at the venue the mute was being bypassed. Does anyone have any ideas on what would be causing this and how I can fix it?
