PODxt Pro not receiving input signal

Well I'm still looking but the usb doesnt seem to work. Iam wondering if line 6 has ever end sold one of thrir own units in their home town. -
everytime I try to download drivers from monkey it gets to about 75% and then it freezes or stops. I am not sure what is happening and I don't know why it stops please advise me with why after this has gone on for some time now.
