I haven't read this whole thread yet so I don't know if my issue has been mentioned... I downloaded hd500x edit on my Mac (BigSur 11.4) without any issues. But when I open the app it doesn't register, or detect, that my pedal board is plugged in to the USB port so I can't use the program. Can anyone help with this? Thanks!
