Line 6 Helix LT stuck after update from 2.92 to 3.0

My Helix is stuck as well. Firmware update to 3.0 failed. I have tried entering update mode and it just sits and does nothing. I've tried running the line 6 updater as well as the Helix edit 3.0 to update the board. I am running the Big Sur update on Mac OS.
