  1. Hi, In the case of the Line 6 Amplifi system, including the Amplifi 150 and FBV Shortboard MkII, the tones can be stored both on the Amplifi amp itself and within the iOS Amplifi app. Let me explain further: Factory Tones: The Amplifi amp comes with a set of factory tones that are stored within the amp itself. These tones are accessible directly from the amp without the need for the Amplifi app. You can access and use these factory tones even without a connected iOS device or FBV foot controller. Edited Tones: When you edit a tone using the Amplifi app on your iOS device, the edited tone is stored within the app. The amp receives the modified tone settings from the app when connected. This means that if you want to access your edited tones, you would need to have the app connected to the amp. Tone Transfer: You have the option to transfer tones between the app and the amp. So, if you have edited a tone within the app and want to use it without constantly needing the app, you can transfer it to the amp for standalone use. Similarly, you can transfer tones from the amp to the app for further editing or backup purposes. BenefitWallet Sign In
  2. It sounds like you are having trouble connecting your Pixel 4a to your Amplifi 75 amp through the Amplifi app. You have tried Bluetooth connection and playing music from your phone, but the app is not recognizing the amp for editing guitar sound. You have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists. One thing you could try is resetting the amp to its factory settings and then attempting to connect to the app again. This may help if there is an issue with the previous settings on the amp. Another option is to contact Amplifi's customer support for assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or offer a solution to the issue. It's possible that there could be an issue with the app or a compatibility issue with your specific phone model. If all else fails, you could try using a different phone to see if the issue is specific to your Pixel 4a. If that works, you may need to consider either using a different phone to control your amp or selling the amp and finding a different one that is compatible with your phone. Mykplan
  3. Hello, If the four tone lights on your amplifier are flashing constantly after a firmware update, you can try resetting it to factory settings to see if it resolves the issue. To do this, consult the user manual for your specific amplifier model as the reset process may differ depending on the device. If you do not have the manual, you may be able to find it online by searching for the model number. Alternatively, you can try contacting the manufacturer's customer support for assistance with resetting the device. myACPNY
  4. Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble downloading the AmpliFi Remote app from the Google Play Store. It's possible that the app may not be compatible with your current Android version or that it may not be available in your country's Play Store. You can try contacting the app developer directly to see if they can offer any assistance or provide an alternative way to download the app. Alternatively, you may want to consider using a different app that is compatible with your device and offers similar features for guitar presets.
