  1. Thanks for the input - a factory reset of globals did not help but factory preset of setlists (keep IRs) did the job. Further testing indicates some sort of corruption of user setlist 3 - it was a duplicate of Factory 1 AND could not be over written. Any effort to replace presets or the setlist just resulted in it reverting to the strange duplicate of factory 1
  2. Hoping someone has seen this and has a solution other than factory reset / restore. When I turned on my Helix LT today, one of my user setlist (3) was still named correctly but all the presets are an exact duplicate of the Factory 1 setlist (1). I figured "OK, I must have done something wrong yesterday and went to import a correct preset. The import appeared to work with the name of the preset changing for about 1/2 second then the name reverted back to the preset name from Factory 1. Same thing happens when I copy/paste a preset. This is only happening for this setlist (3). My other user setlists are working fine. Anyone seen this before or have suggestions on how to fix it? screen shot of setlists setlist 1 screen shot setlist 3 screen shot I'm not fast enough to capture a screen shot just after the import/paste but importing/pasting to 01A works for a moment - the name updates to the imported/pasted preset and then immediately reverts to US Double Nrm Thanks
  3. Apologies - I forgot to save the preset before exporting. More importantly, I got back home today, powered on the Helix LT and all is well. Very strange. Appreciate all the input!
  4. Volume Pedal Test preset attached - also, I've just discovered the volume knob also is not affecting volume. If I turn volume knob full counter-clockwise, there is still sound output to 1/4" output. I won't be where I can test XLR output until tomorrow but will give it a shot then. Volume Pedal Test.hlx
  5. Thanks for the quick reply. Yes - these are patches that have worked for months with a Vol pedal block in the signal chain. When I select the block, I see the volume position change in the block display on the LT when I move the pedal. However, the output volume does not change. ALSO FYI - I tried a factory reset with no change in result. One other bit of info - my global settings for volume pedal are by preset - this means each I switched presets, the volume turned off no matter the pedal position. The volume is ALWAYS ON even when I switch presets.
  6. Hoping someone has seen this and has input... Helix LT (less than 1 year old, bought new), volume pedal works in that the position changes on the LT block display when I move the pedal. However, the output volume is always 100%. This is true for patches I've used dozens of times (just used this Helix LT and those patches yesterday) and for a new patch I created with just a volume block. Anybody seen this / have input? I've submitted a ticket to Helix but my experience with their support team is not stellar and hoping this is something folks have seen and can be fixed easily. Thanks
  7. I occasionally have a need to change a snapshot parameter back to global from the Helix LT (i.e. not HXEDIT - I know how to do so there). I saw a web page that appears to be from a Helix manual that says to "hold the BYPASS button while pressing and turning the parameter knob" but that doesn't seem to have any effect (other than updating the value of the snapshot parameter). Any guidance on how to accomplish this feat is appreciated. Thanks!
  8. Thanks for the clarification... the light bulb finally come on for me re: saving preset vs snapshot last time out. Working like a champ.
  9. @silverhead - I took your advice and found whatever snapshot is the last one to be saved will be the one to start when I change modes. I just need to always save snapshot 1 LAST and it works exactly as I want for performance. THANKS!
  10. Thanks - I'll give that a try. Makes sense. Will report back when I've given this a try.
  11. Apologies if this is already covered in the forum but I didn't see this specific topic during my searches. On Helix LT, I use modes for each song in a set with different snapshot in each mode. When switching modes to go to the next song, the Helix stays on the same snapshot number and I have to scroll back down to snapshot 1. Is there a way to automatically go to snapshot 1 when switching modes? Thanks
