I found a bug with Helix firmware 2.82 on Windows 10. When saving presets, it reverts to Factory 1 list. Submitted a support ticket as suggested. Hope it gets fixed soon.

Thanks for sharing! I'm excited about Craig Anderton's new eBook. I've read some of his articles on Sweetwater's InSync site before, and they've always been great. The fact that the eBook comes with over 200 presets and files makes it even more enticing. I also use other trusted sources for my research studying, so I understand the importance of quality resources. Would you mind providing more details on where to find it? Thanks!
