  6. Line6Tony's post in App Loses Connection With Amp was marked as the answer
Thanks for your patience, guys. We just released an update that should greatly help with Bluetooth connectivity. This release is for all versions of AMPLIFi: 75, 150, TT and FX100.

AMPLIFi Firmware 2.50.2 is a free firmware update that includes fixes and optimizations. It is highly recommended that all AMPLIFi users perform this update!

AMPLIFi Remote 2.13 or greater is required for use with this firmware. Please update your AMPLIFi remote app on iOS or Android before upgrading to this version of firmware.

The easiest way to perform the update process is by installing the latest version of Line 6 Updater. Once you've connected AMPLIFi to your computer via USB port (hubs are not supported), Line 6 Updater will recognize the unit and take you through the update process. PC users will need to install the AMPLIFi device driver. Line 6 Updater application and drivers may be downloaded here: title="External link">http://line6.com/software/

    New Feature:
"Assign to Pedal" support allows you to use the built-in pedal on FBV Shortboard and FBV Express to control parameters assigned to the FX Knob. These parameters are assigned by pressing and holding on the desired parameter in the AMPLIFi Remote app.

    Bug Fixes:
-Improved Bluetooth connection stability and reconnect behavior
-Other minor bug fixes and optimizations
  7. Line6Tony's post in What is Error 8220? was marked as the answer
We apologize for the experiences you all have had with returning your digital assets. At this point, I believe you all have been sorted. Error 8220 appears because the return process in your Purchase History is broken. We will fix that soon. Below is what our website's return policy is updated to say:

Line 6 will gladly provide a full refund of any Line 6 License order within thirty (30) days of the order date. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued. Please note: All Software purchased in a single transaction must be returned together. A refund for less than the full original order amount cannot be issued.

U.S. store purchases: Please send a direct email to storesupport@line6.com for a refund.

Purchases made from other countries: Contact Line 6 Support at www.Line6.com/support/tickets for a refund.

You must first have fully deauthorized all of your devices using License Manager before the return process can begin. After our staff has determined the devices are deauthorized, a refund will be processed. The completion of the refund process can take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank. Once you receive confirmation that the process has begun, you can re-authorize your devices to use with any remaining licenses.
  8. Line6Tony's post in Amplifi 150 USB recording = No dice was marked as the answer
USB recording on Mac requires 10.7+. The AMPLIFi driver for Mac is class-compliant, meaning it uses the driver that OSX provides. Windows 7/8 users MUST download and install the AMPLIFi driver at www.line6.com/software before connecting via USB, otherwise the non-compatible default Windows driver will attempt to install.

Gearbox is a legacy product. The workarounds are to use a previous OS or edit on the unit itself. Locking thread. Please go to IdeaScale to vote up BadHouses' open source request: http://line6.ideascale.com/a/dtd/Open-Souce-Retired-Software/677387-23508

  11. Line6Tony's post in L2t Vibration And Rattling.... Noise was marked as the answer
We’re glad to announce that we’ve tested and approved a replacement fan for the L2 speaker. At the end of this week, our authorized service centers will be able to order the replacement fan and perform the repair. Alternatively, Line 6 can perform the repair if an RMA is generated. As both scenarios offer the repair under our three-year warranty, please ensure you can furnish a copy of your proof of purchase, a requirement for warranty service. Please see our Service Page for repair process details.

Thanks again for your patience and your patronage.
