    Help !! I have been having this same problem also on a PC. The dongle allows me to connect to workbench HD as stated before in this thread. HX Edit works fine connecting through Helix floor.(VDI to Helix > USB to PC. ) But I can not connect to Workbench HD through Helix. (Yes the Midi over USB is set to On) Using VDI to Helix USB to PC. All have been updated to latest versions. I should also mention this is a New Variax Standard, if that helps solve the puzzle. Any Other suggestions?
