I have the most current firmware and software for the Helix pedal. I have noticed that the pedal will randomly freeze up and will not allow me to change patches, use any of the buttons/switches/pedals. I can continue playing, but the only way to get control back is to power off the Helix. Yes, I followed the directions on the Line6 site regarding the proper way to do the firmware upgrade... :) I also reset the pedal to the factory settings and re-done the most current firmware update, same issue. Your help is appreciated...scott

Is it possible to simultaneously record a dry(DI) track and a wet track without using USB? I'd like to use traditional cables (xlr or 1/4") going from the Helix into my audio interface?

I'm trying to make the tap tempo footswitch on my Helix control the tempo of a TC Electronics Flashback x4 delay pedal. I would like to be able to set a tap tempo using the Helix and have the Helix and the external delay pedal in sync as far as tempo. I have the TC delay in external loop #1 if that matters. Any suggestions?

I'm trying to use my Helix as a recording interface to my MacBook Pro running ProTools. I'm having problems trying to see the different USB in's and out's in Pro Tools. I am connected via USB. I would love to be able to use the Helix for recording, re-amping, vocal recording and monitoring....any ideas? Thanks.....

Will the tone control assignment on the JTV and helix save in the helix patch, or will I need to assign the tone knob as a controller each time?

I'm trying to get my JTV69 to control Helix delay mix levels with the tone knob. I am able to assign the tone knob as the controller on the JTV and I am saving the preset. Then when I change to another JTV model, the tone knob begins acting like a traditional tone knob and also controls the delay mix. What am I doing wrong? I want to be able to control delay mix levels with the JTV tone knob using a single Helix patch, and be able to switch between several JTV models....thanks for your help....
