It has come to my attention that the ASIO TonePort UX2 driver is not multi-client. Could anyone confirm this? If so why not?

Does everybody that uses guitar rig 5 have to start the line 6 interface first to get the UX2 driver's sound to GR? I have no such problem with any other programs.

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me get back the streamlined usage of my Line6 sound driver. Lately, I have to first open POD Farm to get a signal into Guitar Rig 5 Pro. After I do this, I can then close the PF app. , and then signal then continues in other programs. I never had this issue in the past. I could boot the CPU i7 980 into Windows 10, and click on the GR5 icon in the task trey. At that point it would operate normally. However lately I have to first click on the PF icon in the task trey to open POD Farm2 to get the signal into the GR5 program. I would like to get back to not having to go through this extra step. Thanks psarkissian. I couldn't get a TRS to work, however I did get a TS phono to deliver a quiet signal. Wired pin three to tip others ground.

There is no mention of the line inputs being balanced as it is with the analog outs. Where do I find that information?

Are these Line inputs balanced or not?

Hello, I'm having trouble getting a signal from/to my Otari B-3 From/to my UX2. I purchased some 1/4 TRS to XLR both male, and female. I know Otari uses pin 3 hot. However before changing my cables I tried them I was getting loud screeches at times. After changing the pin assignments on the cable TRS Phono ends..I'm still getting feedback in both channels when volume level is raised. Anyone done this successfully? or any advice? Thank You, Ron

Not sure where to post this. I've either forgotten how to or am having trouble uploading images elsewhere on this forum. I'm logged in, Try drag n drop and also using url nothing works. I get a error " there was a problem processing the upload file. Please contact us for assistance." I don't know who "us" is. I have been contacting support..but Jason seems to be clueless.

Hello, Dummy question here, Does my TonePort UX2 act as my sound card? If so is it multi client? I have High Definition Audio Devise, AMD High Definition Audio Device, And Line 6 TonePort UX2 all listed under sound Cards. Reason I ask is I posted a problem with my sound Driver or Card? The problem is this, When using the TonePort UX2 sound driver I can't get any toontrack players EZD2 Or EZKeys ect. to work at the same time as My guitar rig 5 Pro. I have to set one to operate on another driver. Is it not possible to have all my programs operate under the TP UX2 ASIO driver? Ron

Yea still. It is not a behringer problem I think. Does not happen with GuitarRig5. It is not just youtube but other streaming sites. The Uphoria 404 does have its own ASIO driver as previously mentioned I have disabled the other drivers on my system.

Hello, This has probably been covered a million times, but I couldn't find it. When I have a you tube site open for guitar jams, or a site like guitar tonemaster.com, And I want to use POD farm2 Stand alone as my choice to jam along to..soon as I click on the POD program it stops my audio in the other programs. It doesn't do this when I choose my Guitar Rig 5 stand alone program. They both work simultaneously! I have win 10 my interface is Behringer UMC 404 HD.

Hello, Something I've been wondering before now but just never took the time to find out... I keep seeing presets in my PODFarm2 (a lot) that are missing models so they recommend an alternate. I thought I had most all the add on packs. Is there a complete list somewhere where I could go to see what add-on contains the missing model? Like Red Comp? Thank You, Ron

I seem to remember that before the POD Farm 2 the POD Farm had duel inputs listed in the drop down from the inputs window. It's just, I thought it was more recent than that. Can't really remember though, as I use another guitar interface program primarily. Thanks for your responses Triryche. Ron

OK yea, Thank You Triryche, But didn't the standalone version used to show multiple inputs together in the drop-down window? Possibly some older version (before the Duel Button)? Like Gearbox?

Both... Plug-in, and standalone.

hello, I seem to remember my UX2 standalone having a setting that allowed two inputs at once? Like mic (and) instrument? It doesn't now. How do I get that back? Thank You, Ron

Hello, Looking for some help here. My UX2 line 6 drivers crash most all of my stand alone Programs..EZKeys, EZD2..Amplitube4. I have windows 10 Pro 64 Bit. My DAW's are 64 Bit.The VSTi versions seem to work fine. My other two ASIO drivers work fine in these 64 Bit versions. Also, since the change to window 10 (from7) I can't get the UX2 to split, and work in two standalone' s (32 bit versions) at once, as before. Example being, running Guitar Rig5 while running EZD2 at the same time, and monitoring both through the UX2 phones jack. Yes, I have the latest Driver..maybe that's the problem? I thinking I must have a System sound setting wrong maybe? Never Mind! Figured it out. All except gearbox. I can go in through POD, but that's a pain! Had to go into the Fast Track console. and make some input/output changes.

No. And thanks for asking again, cause it jogged my brain. I tried installing the Fast Track driver again. It seems to work flawlessly in all instances. Except two..Yea you guessed it, both POD, and gearbox. In POD Farm the input in the default channel 1 has no sound, but if I manually select the channel 2 it works as intended using the Fast Track driver. However when I close and re open it defaults right back to the ch 1 input under File> Preferences> Hardware. Any way to correct this?
