Excuse me but why do you think that I have to ask you nicely? I would appreciate it if you don’t moralise me. I paid money for the device. I am not happy with it and I want to return it, as simple as that. I cannot return it to the store because I bought it in 2010 and no one’s return policy is that long.

I’ve had enough. Please accept your device and do whatever you like with it. It is an obstacle in my creative process and I don’t need an audio interface that hinders my workflow. You can contact me for further arrangements.

In reality, the POD Studio UX2 is crap. I am having constant issues with mine and, having had enough, I have decided to get an Apogee One. Underpowered USB ports, etc., these excuses are shameless. A product should work. That’s it. I have been using the POD Studio for a few years now. Sometimes it performs OK, sometimes it doesn’t. I have tried to isolate the issues to no avail.
