Here's what I would probably do ... return the FX8, and wait for the Helix. In the meantime send your M13 over to Jack Vaughn at JHV3 and have him mod your M13 so it has decent and reliable switches. It's not a particularly expensive mod, and is worth it's weight in gold!

The Boss GT-100 is basically instantaneous - as good as any amp I've ever tried.

If it does seamless (or imperceptible) patch changes, then I'm a day 1 purchaser. If it doesn't, I'll wait for reviews.

Can we get an answer to this?? Any delay or silence when switching between presets, or does it switch instantly? Will trails come in a future update?
