SamuelRivera
First question: Can the M5 be plugged straight to the house mixer directly via DI box? Second Question: Does it have virtual amps and cabinets inside? I am only asking because I do not plan to buy an amp just yet... hope to hear from anyone soon
silverhead
1) Yes. Experiment with and without the DI box; you may find you don't need it. 2) No. There are no amp models in any of the M-series stomp boxes.
JaseFIJo
Bought one last week an hooked it direct to my desk and used my DI box both work. No amp modelling you'll need to get a POD "something" number Great if you don't want to transport a load of gear around
SamuelRivera
Thanks for the response guys.. I appreciate it. Another question though... does this work well with the Gearbox app? if not what is the best app that functions well with the M5?
JTSC777
Buy a used Sansamp pedal and use the cab simulator in it to run to the mixer.Guitar-M5-Sansamp to mixer should work well.Lots of other ways to do it but that is one way to keep it inexpensive and small.
