Topaz
My new 69 needs a new nut and I'm debating whether to have one installed by a local tech or get a few (extra for backup) pre-slotted ones from graph tech and do it myself. So I was wondering if anyone knows whether the nut slot on the 69 neck has a curve to it or is it flat. Thanks
Charlie_Watt
Not sure which one but the stock one is a graphtech nut. Maybe they know. Only way I could know would be to first remove it and see if it's curved or flat. They make them both ways. You also want to match the width. Charlie_Watt
From those pix it is flat on the bottom. You should be able to find it for a fraction of that price too.

I had no idea there'd be a specific item named for that specific guitar at a dealer. Thanks! :)
Topaz
Geez, that full compass place has like 7 pages of arcane line 6 parts, lol. Its probably the only place on the planet that does outside line 6 itself!

Its probably the only place on the planet that does outside line 6 itself! And the good news is that occasionally they actually have what you want in stock. I waited almost three weeks for a &)(^ JTV-69 transducer.
davidb7170
Yeah, if you don't the need part in a hurry, they have some good stuff. I currently have 2 L6 items I'm waiting on. A pearloid 69S faceplate and a model knob - for spare. Ordered on May 8th, 12 days so far, but I am not in a bind for what I ordered. I waited over 6 months when I ordered my JTV-59 in 2010..... That wait was excruciating.... Whole other story . Dave
Topaz
Thanks guys. I've heard the name but never bought from them. They're a good legit outfit, yeah?
