I bought the HD Fully Loaded Bundle and I can't install it because of this problem . I know they will post Support Ticket answers on the ticket itself so I would check again if its been a few days. Normally, L6 is pretty quick to fix things like this. Hi, ferdiansyah, You probably have more than 10 devices associated with your account. You must to open a ticket on support area and wait a response.
