Backup Vetta paches to my iMac?

Back in the dark ages, I used my old PC with Monkey, to update my Vettas and backup my patches. I now have a 27" iMac and am still using my Vettas, exclusively. I'm getting a little superstitious about my Vettas and I really want to backup my patches to this machine. It's a litle clunky to pull out my other HD, to use as backup drive.

I downloaded Monkey the other day, but it appears that it doesn't support Vettas.

Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Steve.

Line6 stopped supporting the Vetta with Monkey a while back which is a web based program. I think Monkey is only for updating the firmware anyway not saving your patches.  You'd have to go back and look for something like the MidOx program for the Windows platform for your Apple computer. You might also ask around in the Vetta discussion group on Facebook. It's users helping users so maybe there are some Mac folks there who can point you in the right direction.

I have a PowerMac G5. I use a system exclusive library called ironically enough "SysEx". Go figure. Anyway I use with my Korg M1 Workstation to update and save patches. I thought what the heck sys ex is sys ex, right? Sure enough I hooked up my Vetta Combo via midi cables and voila! Works like a charm. Search on the web for it. It's freeware. My two cents. Hope this helps...
