Dshow
I got this message from time to time when I open a patch in Helix editor. Is this because the user that created the patch wasn't using the newest firmware?
PeterHamm
I think you need a new version of the Helix Librarian.

jmraine
I have the most up-to-date and still got this message. I am trying to load from the Mac version of Helix Editor, onto a new Helix LT with the 2.6 firmware and the newest Line6 updater. Is it because I'm trying to load a Helix patch onto a Helix LT? I'm looking at some .hlx patches from the Line6 forum AS WELL AS third party ones from worshiptutorials.com Thanks for any help

For me the problem was solved by installing the latest version of HX Edit.

Upgrading to the 2.6 firmware necessitates downloading and installing HX Edit 2.6. As a matter of fact the firmware notes recommend doing a backup with HX Edit 2.6 before upgrading to the 2.6 firmware.
