luffyzzh Posted January 27, 2016 Share Posted January 27, 2016 I can't importing and exporting Preset Files with helix Application , when I doing the either , the software will be freezing and the window notice that have some problem is happening , need to close the software... I can only click the preset what I already have in my helix ,and remove them,rename them etc. please help me , I'm using win8.1 .My firmware is v1.06.0 and app v1.03 , Helix is conect to my USB 3.0 .
