I constantly have to disconnect and reboot Helix for it to come back on line. Then it randomly looses connection. Anybody else having this issue? silverhead Posted January 31, 2016 Share Posted January 31, 2016 If you are using El Capitan on the Mac you will be interested to read the several threads in this forum regarding what is generally felt to be a very problematic Apple OS update - El Capitan. Line 6 is already working on this, and they are not the only ones affected. If you are not using El Capitan then there may be something else going on that should be investigated further. donmr Posted February 1, 2016 Share Posted February 1, 2016 Oddly enough I solved this extremely annoying problem by plugging my Helix into the USB port on my Elgato Thunderbolt hub which works perfectly. Also this strangely fixed my problems with USB audio craziness. I know Line 6 specifically advises AGAINST using hubs so your milage may vary (wildly!)
