imtiazax
Greetz, Just wondering is it possible to record in a DAW via the USB Interface the output of a stream from an Android Device and a guitar to Firehawk via bluetooth Thanks to All
silverhead
I can't find a clear answer in the documentation but I suspect the answer is no. That's based on my expectation that the streamed audio coming into Firehawk via Bluetooth is handled in the same way that cd/MP3 audio coming into other Line 6 devices (e.g. POD HD devices) is handled. With previous devices the incoming external audio is passed directly to the analog outputs and is not converted to digital format inside the device. Hence it is unavailable to be routed over the digital USB connection. I expect Firehawk is designed the same way. Edit: Of course you can record the Firehawk-generated guitar signal to your DAW. It's the Bluetooth streaming that probably can't be passed over USB.
imtiazax
That's a shame. No real way to record your own performance against a backing track unless you take the analogue outputs into another AD converter.
silverhead
Well, you could record or import your backing track into your DAW separately beforehand and then record your guitar in another track while the recorded backing track is playing.
